உப்பு சிகிச்சை எப்படி செய்யவேண்டும்?:-

இரண்டு கைகளிலும் கல்லுப்பு (கடல் உப்பளத்திலிருந்து கிடைக்கும் உப்பு) எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, உப்பு உங்களது உள்ளங்கையில் இருக்குமாறு வைத்து கைகளை மூடிக்கொண்டு, ஒரு 15 நிமிடம் காலில் செருப்பு இல்லாமல் வெறும் காலில், மண் தரை அல்லது புற்கள் நிறைந்த தரைப்பகுதியில் நடக்கவேண்டும் (கடற்கரை மணலிலோ அல்லது ஆத்தங்கரை மணலிலோ நடப்பது மேலும் சிறப்பு) நீங்கள் அடுக்கு மாடி குடியிருப்பில் இருந்தால் உங்கள் வீட்டு பகுதியில் இருக்கும் தோட்டத்திலோ அல்லது அருகில் இருக்கும் விளையாட்டு மைதானம், அல்லது பூங்கா போன்ற இடங்களை பயன்படுத்தலாம்.  

தினமும் 15 நிமிடம் உப்பை உள்ளங்கையில் வைத்துக்கொண்டு நிற்கலாம், நடக்கலாம், ஓடலாம் எது உங்களுக்கு வசதியோ அப்படியே செய்யுங்கள். இந்த உப்பு சிகிச்சையை  காலை, மதியம், மாலை, இரவு என எப்போது வேண்டுமானாலும் செய்யலாம். அப்படி செய்யும்போது வெறும் வயிற்றில் (சாப்பிடுவதற்கு முன்பாக) செய்யவேண்டும். கையில் உப்பு இருக்கும் பொது உட்காரக்கூடாது. அப்படி தவறுதலாக கையில் உப்பு வைத்திருக்கும்போது உட்கார்ந்து செய்தால் முதுகு, தொடைப்பகுதியில் அதிக இரத்த ஓட்டம் பாய்ந்து மூல வியாதியை தந்துவிடும் ஆகவே கையில் உப்பு இருக்கும்போது உட்க்காரக்கூடாது. பாட்டி/தாத்தா  காலத்தில் உட்க்கார்ந்திருப்பவர் கையில் உப்பு குடுக்க கூடாது என்பதும் மூல வியாதி வந்துவிடும் என்பதால் அப்படி செய்யக்கூடாது என்பார்கள்.

ஒரு நாளைக்கு ஒரு முறை 15 நிமிடம், உள்ளங்கைகயில் உப்பு வைத்துக்கொண்டு தொடர்ந்து நடைப்பயிற்சி செய்யவேண்டும். இவ்வாறு தொடர்ந்து 15 நாட்கள் செய்வது ஒரு சுற்று பயிற்சி என்பார்கள். முக்கியமாக உப்பு உங்கள் கையில் இருக்கும்போது உங்களின் சிந்தனை, உங்களுக்கு என்ன வேண்டுமோ அதைப்பற்றிய சிந்தனையாக மட்டும் இருக்குமாறு பார்த்துக்கொள்ளுங்கள். கையில் உப்பு இருக்கும் போது தேவையற்ற சிந்தனைகளை தவிர்த்துவிடுங்கள். 15 அல்லது 20  நிமிடம் உப்பு சிகிச்சை செய்து முடித்ததும்  கையில் இருக்கும் உப்பை உங்களது தலையை 3 சுற்று சுற்றி தூக்கி எறிந்துவிடுங்கள் அல்லது கையிலிருக்கும் உப்பை தண்ணீரில் கரைத்துவிட்டு கையை அலம்பிவிடலாம்.

உப்பு சிகிச்சையின் மகத்துவம் :-  கையில் ஏறிய உப்பு உங்களது நாடி நரம்புகளை சூடாக்கும் அதனால் உடலில் இருக்கும் எதிர்மறை ஆற்றல் சக்தியானது தூண்டப்பட்டு நமது கால்கள் மண் அல்லது புள் தரையோடு தொடர்பு பெற்று நமது உடலின் அனைத்து எதிர்மறைஆற்றல் /சக்தி பூமிக்குள் சென்றுவிடும். அப்போது நமது நேர்மறை ஆற்றல் பிரபஞ்ச ஆற்றலோடு கலந்து உங்களின் எண்ணங்களில் இருக்கும் உங்களது தேவையை பூர்த்தி செய்கிறது.  

சித்தரின் கூற்றுப்படி, பெண்கள் ஒவ்வொரு மாதமும் ஏற்படும் 5-நாட்கள் மாதவிடாய் நேரத்தில் இந்த உப்பு சிகிச்சையை செய்ய வேண்டாம் என்று கூறுகிறார். காரணம் மாதவிடாய் நாட்களில் உப்பு சிகிச்சை செய்தால் உடல் வெப்பம் அதிகமாக இருக்கும் ஆதலால் ரத்தப்போக்கும் அதிகமாகிவிடும் என்பதால் உப்பு சிகிச்சை  மாதவிடாய் கலைகளில் செய்வதை விட்டுவிட்டு அதன் பிறகு தொடர்ந்து செய்யலாம் என்கிறார்.எ
